At this time the trials dates scheduled are listed on the website under Juror Information. It is possible for those dates to change, as trials may be continued or settled. We do our best not to change these dates but sometimes it is required. Jurors are to report to either the Circuit Courtroom on the 3rd floor of the Justice Center, or the 2nd floor of the Courthouse on the Square only if notified.
Many trials are canceled due to a continuance request or a settlement in the case. Therefore, we will contact you the day before the trial, between the hours of 3:00 and 4:30 PM, only if you are required to report for service. You may also call the clerk’s office to check the status of upcoming trials.
Everyone must pass through a security checkpoint at the entrance to the Court. Please be aware that knives of any kind or anything else that can be construed as a weapon will not be allowed in the building. Please leave all such items at home or in your vehicle.
Please be aware that there is a court room dress code policy, enforced by the Court Officers.
The following items are not allowed:
Hats, Caps, or Do-rags Shorts, Halter Tops, Bare Mid-riffs
Cut-off Sleeveless Shirts Loose or Sagging Clothing
Clothing with obscene wording or gestures
